A teacher first,
a leader always.

Born on 30 May 1990 in Mulund, Mumbai, Dr. Bipinkumar is the youngest child of the late Shri Shrikant Dubey and the late Smt. Lalita Dubey. In 2007 he moved to Badlapur to take charge of the family's construction and school work — and, remarkably, completed his entire higher education while teaching and running those businesses.

Today he serves as Principal of S.D.M. High School & Junior College, Badlapur, and is the founder of two educational trusts. He is a poet, writer and stage actor with over ten university-level street performances to his name — driven throughout by the conviction that education should be affordable and reach everyone.

He is happily married to Mrs. Aakansha Dubey, and is the proud father of two daughters — his "two angels," Aastha and Aarna. He draws his lifelong inspiration from Swami Vivekananda and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
