Born on May 30, 1990 in Mulund, Mumbai, Dr. Bipinkumar Shrikant Dubey moved to Badlapur in 2007 to shoulder family responsibilities across construction and education.

He continued his own higher education while managing institutions, teaching students, supporting family enterprise, and shaping a larger educational ecosystem for Badlapur.

After serving as Club President of the Rotary Club of Badlapur Smart City (2024-25), Dr. Dubey now serves Rotary District 3142 as Governor's Group Representative and ABU Zone Co-Avenue Director for Mental Health & De-addiction — and serves on the ABU District De-addiction Committee for Rotary Year 2026-27. He is also a dedicated Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) donor and graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI).

The Beginning: Literacy Chair
Inducted under the leadership of PP Umesh Kamble ji. He immediately took charge of the Literacy Chair, running high-impact educational initiatives directly in local schools.
Club President (2024-25)
Led the Rotary Club of Badlapur Smart City as Club President after driving an unprecedented 30% membership growth as Membership Chair — and founded a community-based Rotaract club while leading 50+ community service projects.
Current: ABU District De-addiction Committee (2026-27)
In 2025-26 he served District 3142 as Governor's Group Representative and ABU Zone Co-Avenue Director for Mental Health & De-addiction. He now serves on the ABU District De-addiction Committee for Rotary Year 2026-27.
